Grilled trout Recipe, 4 servings .
4 clean trout, 4 slices of smoked bacon without rind, 4 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, corn salad to go with.
To go with: fresh parsley sprigs, lemon wedges.
Directions & Tips:
Preheat the grill. Entirely clean the trout under cold running water and dry with kitchen rolls.

Then, coat trout with some flour. Starting by their heads, spirally roll up a slice of bacon along each trout.
Spread some olive oil on trout and grill them on medium heat for about 5 to 8 minutes per side.
Put them in 4 large serving dishes and sprinkle some lemon juice on them.
Garnish the dishes with sprigs of parsley and lemon wedges and use corn salad to go with.
